Idonna M. Hayes, 84, of Tiffin, died Friday morning, January 25, 2008 at Mercy Hospital of Tiffin.

On January 14, 1924 in Attica she was born to Nick and Elsie (Rhoades) Brette. She married Donald Hayes October 7, 1950.

Survivors include a son, Don (Teresa) Hayes of Fremont; daughter, Cindy (Fritz) Geer of Cincinnati; sisters Joan Consolo of Tiffin; Rena Berraducci of Knoxville, TN; and 4 grandchildren, Nate Jester, Eric Kuhn, Henry Geer and Jessie Geer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 44 years, Donald, and brother, Paul Brette.

Idonna was a graduate of Chatfield High School, and owned the Sears Roebuck and Company Catalog Store with her husband for 30 years. She enjoyed playing Bridge, reading and spending time with her family.

A private service was held for the family with burial following in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
