Jacob "Jake" Bradley Hohman, 20, of rural Tiffin, passed away Saturday evening, October 27, 2012 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo.

He was born on April 8, 1992 in Tiffin, Ohio, to Michael and Rebecca (Beard) Hohman.

Survivors include his parents; brother, Justin of Tiffin; grandparents, Helen Hohman of New Riegel and Vernon and Judy Beard of Tiffin; aunts and uncles, Annette (John) Huss of New Riegel, Karen (Mike) Dotson of Fostoria, Shirley (Steve) Seifert of Tiffin and Cindy (John) Tomaseks of Cleveland and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Herbie Hohman in 2002 and by his aunt, Janet Hohman in 1963.

Jake graduated in 2011 from Hopewell Loudon High School and was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Bascom. He was attending Owen's Community College in Findlay in the Business Program. While at Hopewell, he was a 4 year letterman in varsity wrestling with over 100 wins and was a two time district qualifier. He was also a member of FFA and of the Mat Sharks traveling wrestling team. Jake enjoyed video games and hanging out with his friends Billy, Casey, Joe, Matt, Lucas, Jake and many many others. Jake was very social and everyone Jake met was his friend. He was always helping others and was very family oriented.

His Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, November 5, 2012 at All Saints Parish New Riegel with Rev. Timothy Kummerer officiating. Burial will follow in St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery, New Riegel. A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass.
