James W. "Jim" Clymer, 55, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday morning, December 31, 2014 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center after 12 years battling with kidney failure.

He was born on October 29, 1959, in Lima, Ohio, to Orlo M. and Myrtle M. (Steinman) Clymer. On February 22, 1996, he married Rose A. Eigel.

Survivors include his wife, Rose of Tiffin; son, Jimmy Clymer of Tiffin; brother, Pete Clymer of Findlay; nephew, Steve Clymer; niece, Jessica Clymer; and his devoted Black Lab, Molly.

Jim worked on the road crew at M & B Asphalt for ten years and he enjoyed watching the New England Patriots and NASCAR, especially Bill Elliot. Jim was a strong man who not only dealt with kidney failure but also survived cancer and diabetes.

There will be no visitation and private services were held with the family.
