James A. 'Jim' Herbert, 58, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday evening, February 24, 2010, at his home.

On September 20, 1951, in Tiffin, he was born to Louis and Marjorie (Elchert) Herbert and they preceded him in death, along with a brother, William F. Herbert on December 16, 2009.

Survivors include 3 sisters, Lois (David) Bihn, Joan (Marvin) Nesselhauf both of Tiffin; and Jan Herbert of Toledo, 3 nieces and 3 nephews.

Jim was a 1969 graduate of Calvert High School. He ran Minute Print for a number of years and had previously worked at Hayes Albion and the Civilian Conservation Corps in Green Springs. He enjoyed reading.

Jim and his brother, William's, memorial Mass will be 11:30 AM, Saturday, March 6, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. A rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to the Mass.

Friends may visit with the family 10:00 - 11:30 AM, Saturday, March 6, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
