James "Jim" Z. Moser, 56, of Tiffin, passed away Friday afternoon, February 12, 2016 at his home.

He was born in Wharton, OH to Lester and Welcome (Phillips) Moser on November 24, 1959. He married Margaret "Peg" Kopp and they later divorced.

Survivors include his daughters; Welcome Moser, Dorothy (Don Cisar) Moser, Julie Stover and Deborah (Mark) Gibson all of Tiffin; Brothers, Roger (Shirley) Moser of Toledo; Frank (Audrey) Moser of Lima; Lester (Jennifer) Moser, Jr. of Arlington; sisters, Phyllis (Bill) Rickle of Wharton; Carol Clay of Forest; Joyce (Buddy) Glanzer of Columbus; two grandchildren, Bryce Moser and Hadley Laughlin and his best four legged friend, Benson.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jim was a 1978 graduate of Riverdale High School and attended The Ohio State University. He moved to Tiffin in the mid 1980's and worked at Inner-Metro Plastics in Fostoria, M-Tech in Upper Sandusky and most recently at Fenner-Dunlap in Port Clinton. Jim was an avid Ohio State Buckeye football fan and enjoyed watching Sci-Fi movies.

A Funeral Service will be Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit and share stories on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 from 4-8 PM and on Wednesday, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
