Jane Arlene Hill, 76, of Tiffin, died Thursday evening, April 10, 2008, at her home. On May 5, 1931, she was born in Findlay, to Howard and Hazel (Wilch) Ammons. On March 10, 1951, she married Robert E. Hill.

Survivors include two sons, Aaron Hill of Miami, FL, and Jeffrey Hill of Columbus, a daughter, Geri (Terry) Bogard of Tiffin, 5 brothers, Russ Ammons of Sylvania, Ned Ammons of Genoa, David Ammons of Findlay, Jerry Ammons and Danny Ammons both of Bradenton, FL., a sister, Neva Madsen of Findlay, six grandchildren, Wade, Trent and Carli Bogard, all of Tiffin, Christopher Hill of Philadelphia, PA., Craig Hill of Lauderdale By the Sea, FL., and Connie Hill of Miami, FL.

Preceding her in death along with her parents and husband, on April 7, 2001, are two brothers, Don and Jack Ammons.

Jane was a member of First Lutheran Church and a graduate of Findlay High School. She adored her children, grandchildren, watching birds and gardening. Family and friends constantly gathered for the enjoyment of Grandma's famous iced tea.

A Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, April 14, 2008, at First Lutheran Church, 300 Melmore St., Tiffin, with Pastor Mark Brodbeck officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family 9-11 AM, Monday, April 14, 2008, at First Lutheran Church.

Memorial contributions can be made to Community Hospice Care or First Lutheran Church.
