Obituary

Janell Lynn Schwab, 48, of Mesa Arizona, passed away on Monday evening, December 12, 2022, in Lund Home Hospice of the Valley, Gilbert, AZ.

She was born the youngest of three on November 20, 1974, in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, to James F. and DiAnna G. (Munro) Aller.

Survivors include her parents, James and Dianna Aller of Tiffin; brother, John (Joan) Aller of Tiffin; sister, Shellie (Robb) Mack of Tiffin; nephew, Nathaniel Dull of Tiffin; and her cat, Jordan.

Janell was a 1993 graduate of Old Fort High School and Stautzenberger College.  Janell was a travel agent, living in Shelby for a few years, then moved to Cleveland working as a Paralegal.  In 2017, she decided she was fed up with Ohio weather and moved to Arizona, she found her "perfect place".   Janell continued working as an investigator and paralegal in Mesa with her close friend, Nancy Kale.

While living in Ohio, she visited Cedar Point and the Ohio State Fair more than anyone, sometimes to grab a bite to eat or just take in the scenery.  She was passionate about the Cleveland Indians, Cavaliers, Browns and The Ohio State University teams, calling her mom after the games. After moving to Mesa, she volunteered at Haldiman Farms, working with Clydesdale horses.  Her love for animals, especially cats extended to every animal she met.  Janell visited Las Vegas regularly, staying in her "castle", The Excalibur.  She loved the outdoors, hiking the area parks and driving wherever her heart guided her.

She cared about everything and everyone, meeting new people, trying new things and smiling even when her health wasn't the greatest.  She battled cancer for almost two years and always had a positive outlook, even when she was at her worst.  Her smile will be missed by many and her laughter silent, but Janell will never be forgotten.

Janell's wishes were to be cremated and scattered at her favorite places.  There will be no service or visitation.  Share a memory, have a toast, keep her close.

Janell's love for animals allowed her to help an up-and-coming shelter for abused and neglected animals.  She wanted to continue this, and suggested memorials contributions be made to The Sanctuary for Healing Hearts and Souls, 1020 W. Greenway Drive, Tempe, Arizona 85282.

Condolences may be sent and the guestbook signed at www.hgmackfuneralhome.com.
