Jeffrey Scott Pachlhofer, 41, of Fostoria, died Monday morning, December 28, 2009, at his home.

On June 30, 1968, he was born in Tiffin to John C. 'Jack' and Patricia (Shrider) Pachlhofer.

Survivors include his mother, Patricia Pachlhofer of Van Buren, three sons, Gage Pachlhofer of Swanton, Chase and Tryston Pachlhofer, both of Michigan, a daughter, Tayler Pachlhofer of Swanton and a brother, John Pachlhofer II of Sandusky.

Preceding him in death is his father, Jack, in 2009.

Jeff was a 1986 graduate of Van Buren High School and attended Norwich Military College in Vermont. He was of the Catholic faith, was a union carpenter, and worked for Mason Construction. He was a huge Redwings and University of Michigan fan, attending the Michigan vs. Ohio State game for over 30 years. He played hockey for over 20 years.

Private family services have taken place.
