Jeff W. Sager, 65, of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday morning, October 2, 2016 at St. Francis Home.

He was born on September 3, 1951, in Tiffin, Ohio to Clark R. and Thelma M. (Chaney) Sager. On July 1, 1972, he married Terry L. Wenner.

Survivors include his wife, Terry of Tiffin; daughter, Jenna (Jim) Skidmore of Tiffin; brother, Jack Sager of Florida; sister, Liane Sager of Norwalk; and grandson, Jimmy Skidmore.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jeff graduated in 1969 from Tiffin Columbian High School and retired in 2007, after 39, years from American Standard, where he was the past union president. Jeff was a Cleveland Browns fan and was a season ticket holder since 1980. He was also a Cleveland Cavalier's fan, an Ohio State University fan, a Detroit Tigers fan, enjoyed golfing and bowling and was on a dart ball league. Jeff loved to watch football, especially his grandson, Jimmy's practices and games. He loved his family and was very considerate of others.

His Memorial Service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Rick Frederick officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 4-8:00 P.M. on Friday, October 7, 2016 at the funeral home and from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Saturday.
