Jeffrey Lynn Moss, 54, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2026 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Jeff is survived by his parents, Richard and Eloise Poland; his significant other, Jamie Gibson; sons, Keegan (Mackenzie) Moss and Gerret (Emily) Moss; daughter, Kelsi Moss; bonus kids, Brittany (Pete) Gibson, Alexis (Sean) Russell and Chandler Herr; brothers, Richard (Kim) Moss and Brian (Michelle) Moss; seven grandchildren; and two bonus grandchildren.

Jeff was a volunteer fireman in his younger days. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, watching Viking shows, collecting knives, being outdoors, was a gun enthusiast and loved riding his Harley. He had a quick wit personality, was unpredictable and always had unfiltered retorts. Most of all, Jeff loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren.

A private family Celebration of Life has taken place.
