John D. Stoltz, 31, of Tiffin, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Monday afternoon, February 20, 2012 at his home.

He was born on April 28, 1980, in Findlay, Ohio, the son of Dave and Ponie Stoltz. On July 4, 1999, he married Jennifer Taulbee.

Survivors include his parents, Dave Stoltz and Ponie Weber; his wife, Jennifer of Tiffin; two daughters, Chaila and Kyla Stoltz, both at home; two brothers, Dan Bulkowski of Forest, Ohio and Mike Hornoff of Tiffin, Ohio; father-in-law and mother-in law, Roy and Lynda Taulbee of Tiffin; and brothers-in-law, Shawn, Jessie and Philbert Taulbee, all of Tiffin, Ohio.

John was a machinist at Atlas Crankshaft in Fostoria for a few years. He enjoyed working on cars, reading car magazines and loved being with his family.

His funeral service will be Friday, February 24, 2012 at 12:00 noon at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424, with Pastor Nancy Cullen officiating.
Burial will follow in Rock Creek Cemetery.

Friends may visit and share memories with the family on Friday, February 24, 2012 from 10-12 noon at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
