Joseph K. Folk, 64, of Tiffin, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at St. Catherine's of Fostoria.

He was born on May 18, 1950, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Kenneth J. and Antoinette M. (Fortunato) Folk.

Survivors include his sister, Joyce (Curtiss) Tusing of Tiffin; 2 nephews; 1 niece; and good friend, Emily Hammer.

At his request, his body was donated to The Ohio State University College of Medicine Body Donation Program.

There will be no visitation or funeral services.
