Joseph W. Morton, 66, of McCutchenville, passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at his home.

He was born on April 17, 1954, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Charles and Mary Jane (Hopple) Morton.  On September 29, 1979, he married Karen Pursell.

Survivors include his wife, Karen Morton of McCutchenville; sons, Micah Morton of McCutchenville and Nathan Morton of Tiffin; daughter, Melissa Morton of Tiffin; brother, Dennis Morton of Whitesburg, KY; sister, Edith (Don) Mullins of Whitesburg, KY; grandchildren, Creighton and Creston Morton, both of Upper Sandusky; sister-in-law, Barb Morton Colwell; friend, April Tusing; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Glenn Morton.

Joseph enjoyed fishing, camping, listening to Rock & Roll and heavy metal music, lottery scratch off tickets, was an avid OSU and Cleveland sports fan and loved watching his grandchildren's sporting events.

There will be no services.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
