Joshua Allen Johnson, II, was born and passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital.

He is survived by his parents Joshua A. Johnson, I and Shannon Amburgey; brothers Jessie Johnson, Jayden Johnson and Jayce Johnson; sister, Madison Carter; grandparents, Julie Moffet, Sharon Thom and Michael Thom; great grandparents, Dorie Bour and Raymond Krupp; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Johnson; and great grandparents, Robert Bour and Betty Krupp.

A private burial was held for family and friends at Greenlawn Cemetery.

Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
