Joyce A. France, 85, of Williston, Ohio, and formerly of Tiffin, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, April 11, 2018 at St. Charles Hospital.

She was born January 26, 1933, in Seneca County, to H. Charles and Bertha M. (Drummer) France.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Dr. Paul France and Carole France; and sister, Emma France.

Her Funeral Service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the Luther Home of Mercy, Williston, Ohio with Pastor Denise Brown officiating.  Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Tiffin.

Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the Luther Home of Mercy.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
