Judith Elaine "Judy" Legron, 89, of Norwalk and formerly of Tiffin, passed away on Monday, December 15, 2025 at Norwalk Memorial Home.
She was born on June 16, 1936, in Cookville, TN, to Lester and Margie (Meadows) Brown. On December 28, 1955, she married Robert Leroy "Bob" Legron and he preceded her in death on May 08, 2020.
Survivors include her son, Stephen Legron of Mansfield; daughters, Denise (Dr. Roger) Stine and Julie (Wade) Herrig, both of Norwalk; brother, Doug (Beverly) Brown of Republic; eleven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Edward, Dawson, Boyd, Louie, Fawler, Kenny, Roy, Dave and infant, Lester; and an infant sister, Barbara Ann Brown.
Judy and her husband moved to Tiffin in 1967 and co-owned Truck Haven Restaurant in Bloomville from 1973 to 2006. She was a member of Tiffin Eagles #402, Tiffin Moose Lodge 846, Knights of Columbus #608 and the AmVets Post 48. Judy enjoyed playing cards, bowling, southern cooking, flowers, being outside, trips to the casino and boutique shopping. In 2014, Judy moved to Norwalk to be close to her family.
Her funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 19, 2025 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Rev. Audra Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow in Attica-Venice Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Seneca County Humane Society.
