Judith A. "Judy" Reiter-Fischer, 80, of Green Springs and formerly of Republic, passed away May 25, 2024 at her home surrounded by family.

On February 04, 1944 in Tiffin, she was born to John O'Neal and Catherine M. (Wischmann) Dull.  She married Charles "Tenie" Webb and they later divorced.  She married Kenneth Reiter and they also divorced.  On July 07, 2007 she married Lloyd "JR" Fischer and he survives in Green Springs.

Also surviving are her children, Angie (Todd) Shilling of Tiffin; Amy Webb of Bettsville; Greg "Todd" (Sheila) Webb of Millbury; Kelle Fischer of Republic; sisters, Rosemary Dull and Deborah Johnson both of Old Fort; Dena (Joseph) Strait of Green Springs; Kaytee (Gene Wise) Dull of Tiffin; 18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, and her German Shepherd, Heidi.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Marcia Johnston, a grandchild, and a great grandchild.

Judy was the founder and Executive Director of CASA for 17 years, retiring in 2006.  She attended Tiffin Columbian High School and earned her associate degree from Tiffin University.   She enjoyed reading, gardening and canning, camping, traveling and couldn't pass up a garage sale. She was a past member of the Optimist Club and several service clubs over the years.   She was named Volunteer of the Year by the State of Ohio in 1992.

A memorial service will be held Friday, May 31, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Alex Alafita officiating.

Friends may visit and share stories with the family on Friday, May 31, 2024 from 4:00 until the time of the service.
