Kevin Andrew McGinnis, 54, of Tiffin, passed away Saturday afternoon, July 19, 2014 at St. Francis Home in Tiffin.

On July 21, 1959 in Tiffin, he was born to Raymond C. and Sally (Granata) McGinnis.

Survivors include his brother, Lawrence (Joanne) McGinnis of Tiffin and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Raymond L. McGinnis; infant sister, Cheryl A. McGinnis, and sister Mary C. Nichols.

Kevin was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and a 1977 graduate of Tiffin Calvert. He worked for Ewald's Furniture and later for the Fremont News Messenger for several years. He was a University of Michigan fan and enjoyed his friends he made over the years.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Walters officiating. The Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 from 2-6 PM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory. A Christian Wake service will begin at 1:30 PM.
