Kristy A. Frankart, 43, of Old Fort, passed away on Tuesday Morning, August 22, 2023, after several years battle with cancer, at her home.

She was born on January 10, 1980, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Richard and Carol (Watts) Kline.  On September 04, 2004, she married Andrew Frankart.

Survivors include her parents, Richard and Carol Kline of New Riegel; husband, Andrew Frankart of Old Fort; sons, Bradyn Frankart and Carter Frankart; daughter, Ashlyn Frankart; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Steve and Dee Frankart of Bloomville; brother, David (Sharon) Kline of Bowling Green, sister, Becky (Dave) Clouse of New Riegel; sister-in-law, Christine Frankart of Columbus; nieces, Kelsey Kline and Leah Clouse; and nephews, Joseph Kline, Jonathan Clouse and Michael Clouse.

Kristy was a 1998 graduate of New Riegel High School and graduated with an associate degree from Owens Community College.  She was a R.N. for over 12 years at Autumnwood Care Center.  She enjoyed traveling, being outdoors, watching birds, hiking, going for drives, motorcycle rides with her husband, beaches, and hanging out with her high school friends. She was an active fund raiser METAvivor over the years.

Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, August 28, 2023, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with her friend, Sara Koppus officiating.  Burial will follow in Pleasant Union Cemetery, Old Fort.

Friends may visit with the family from 1:00-5:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at the funeral home.
