Lanny L. Morrow, 75, of Tiffin, passed away Friday morning, April 11, 2025, at St. Catherines Manor of Fostoria.

On January 28, 1950, in Tiffin, he was born to Mitt Elmer and Ollie (Strunk) Morrow.  He married Debra Hossler on October 13, 1973, and she survives in Tiffin.

Other survivors include his children; a daughter, Tonya Brickner and sons, Jeff (Jami) Morrow and Joshua (Autumn) Morrow all of Tiffin; sisters, Betty Walker of Perrysburg; Janet Dunn of Tiffin; seven grandchildren, Brent, Samantha (Steve), Lucas (Eden), Noah, Addison, Lilyana, Braylin; three great grandchildren, Auden, Rivers, Oliver, and his dogs, Luna and Maddie.

Lanny was preceded in death by his parents, and six brothers; James Dean, Danny, Charlie, Klingman, Hurtsel, and Tulie Morrow; sisters, Flonnie Hill and Nellie Hickman.

He attended Tiffin Columbian High School and served in The U.S. Army from 1969-1971.  He worked for Basic Refractories for over 11 years and later for Mid-American Cleaning, retiring as a supervisor.  He had a great sense of humor, always joking around, enjoyed cooking for family and was a Cleveland Indians and Browns fan who enjoyed attending games, playing his guitar and singing in local country bands, and most of all babysitting his grandchildren.

His funeral will be Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Paul Tyree officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery with military honors by the United Veterans Council.

Friends may share stories and visit with the family on Thursday from 9:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
