Leila "Lee" Peeler, 90, formerly of Tiffin, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Brookdale Senior Living in Chandler, Arizona.

She was born October 28, 1925 to Lester and Ruth (Weng) Damschroder. She married Crawford Peeler on December 25, 1949 and he preceded her in death.

Survivors include daughter Barbara (Barry) Niebel, Phoenix, Arizona, sister Donna (Tom) Wheeler of Greenville, South Carolina and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Lee was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

She was a 1944 graduate of Oak Harbor High School and before retiring 25 years ago, she worked at General Electric for 32 years. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ and served on various committees there. She loved playing golf, bowling and spending time with family and friends.

She will be missed.

There will be a graveside service at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, November 6, 2015 at Seneca Memory Garden with Rev. Eric D. Rummel officiating.
