Lewis Paul Matyok, Jr., 55, of Tiffin, lost his battle with cancer on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at his home.

He was born on February 4, 1962, in Oregon, Ohio to Lewis Paul, Sr. and Margaret Suzanne (Fodor) Matyok.

Survivors include his mother Margaret of Sandusky; sister, Pamela Lewis of Sandusky; niece Alexis Lewis; nephew, Jacob Lewis; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Lewis graduated from Fremont Ross High School and Vanguard Vocational Center and served in the United States Army from November 6, 1981 to March 22, 1982.

There will be no visitation or burial at this time.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice
