Lewis F. Schetter, 86 of Tiffin, passed away Saturday morning, August 21, 2010 at Ruffuing Family Care Center.

He was born on August 29, 1923 in Alexander, IN to Lewis A. and Stella M. (Tipton) Schetter.

Survivors include 2 brothers, Joe Schetter and Kenneth (Peggy) Schetter both of Tiffin; and 15 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Stella Marie Smith.

A life long farmer, Lewis enjoyed his dairy cows and spending his spare time working around the farm. He was a member of the Seneca County Farm Bureau and liked to watch the Cleveland Indians and Browns.

Private visitation and services were held for the family with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. Burial was in Seneca Memory Gardens.

Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
