Lillian I. Stephens, 92, of Tiffin, died Monday morning, January 14, 2008, at Wood Haven Retirement Center and Senior Living, Bowling Green. On April 14, 1915, she was born in Tiffin, to Benjamin H. and Irene (Reno) Porter. On July 30, 1938, she married Paul A. Stephens in Ft. Wayne, IN.

Survivors include two daughters, Paulette Renee Stephens of Tiffin and Lorraine Kay Stephens of Columbus, a brother, Raymond Porter of Wooster and a niece, Barbara Porter Ditch of Wooster.

Preceding her in death along with her parents, and husband in June 1976, is

an infant son, Larry Duane Stephens.

Lillian was a 1934 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church. During WWII, she worked at Tiffin Glass as an inspector of Navy ware.

There will be no visitation and burial will be at Fairmont Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions can be made to Heidelberg College, or the Seneca County Humane Society.
