IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Linda I.
(Alabaugh) Reinhart
April 26, 1948 – March 11, 2025
Linda Irene Reinhart, 76, of Tiffin passed away on Tuesday morning, March 11, 2025, at The Willows at Tiffin surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on April 26, 1948, in Winchester VA, to Orville and Betty Jane (Mathias) Alabaugh. On June 22, 1974, she married Doug Reinhart.
Survivors include her husband, Doug Reinhart of Tiffin; daughters, Amy Ingwersen of Findlay and Jennifer (Jared) Fry of Alvada; daughter-in-law, Beth (Brian) Kummerer of Alvada; brother, Orville (Ioma) Alabaugh of Howell, MI; sister, Betsy A. Alabaugh of Bloomville; eight grandchildren, Spencer (Leah), Dalton, Grant, Brooke, Owen, Kamryn, Kelsey and Lane; and one great grandchild on the way (Linda was so proud that she was going to be a great grandma).
She was preceded in death by her father, Orville Alabaugh; mother, Betty Jane Thaxton; stepfather, Claude Thaxton; and son, Brad Reinhart.
Linda was a 1967 graduate of Columbian High School. She was a homemaker, loved playing BINGO, enjoyed her flowers and gardening, canning and playing in the sandbox with her grandchildren. Linda was a strong woman, who overcame many obstacles. She had a wonderful sense of humor many times putting on a funny hat, or even a costume to show her sassy side. Linda was never shy about letting you know she liked you and she had her own little two handed salute to show you how much! She enjoyed spending time with her Willow's family and looked forward to the activities they planned. Most of all, Linda loved her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren. Linda was able to play one last round of Bingo with her family the night before she passed, even winning for one last hurrah.
Linda touched so many lives and was loved by all that knew her. Her spirit will live in us all forever until we meet again.
Her Funeral Service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, with Deacon Greg Siebenaller officiating. Burial will follow in St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery.
