She was born on April 17, 1928, in Durham, NC, to Harold and Margaret (Riley) Deaton. Pat was valedictorian of her class. On September 18, 1948, she married the love of her life Wallace Warren. Wallace was also a "homekid". He passed away in 1998 shortly before what would have been their 50th anniversary.
She worked as the Assistant Director Veterans Benefits Counselor for Seneca County for over 30 years. She took great pride in assisting local veterans and their families. She was active in Jr. Home activities and was a past secretary of the alumni association. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and sewing. She loved being surrounded by family and attending family activities. She was devoted to her family, but also to her homekid brothers and sisters. Pat was a strong person, and was well respected. She was a lovely lady who will be deeply missed.
