Loren Joseph "Joe" Roush, 64, of Melmore, passed away Friday evening, October 19, 2012 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo.

On June 25, 1948 in Tiffin, he was born to Joseph Leroy and Cora J. (Biddle) Roush. He married Pam A. Marquardt on September 4, 1971.

Survivors include his wife Pam, of 40 years; son, Howard Roush of Tiffin; daughter, Theresa (Shawn) Creeger of Carey; brothers, Mark Lewis Roush of Euclid; Lee Howard Roush of Delaware, OH; Lynn James Roush of Montgomeryville, MD; four grandchildren, Tiffany, Christopher and Autumn Creeger and Tyler Roush.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Cathy Jo Bolenbaugh.

Joe was a member of Melmore United Methodist Church and retired from Webster Industries working in the chain room and foundry for over 35 years. He enjoyed camping at Walnut Grove Campgrounds and collecting vintage toy guns. He will be remembered as a family man.

His service will be Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Jane-Ann Clarke officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Friends may visit on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home and on Wednesday one hour prior to the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Melmore United Methodist Church or to a charity of the donor's choice.
