Madeline Z. Carr, 91, of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at her home.

She was born on August 13, 1929, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Arthur and Zelcia (Rhoades) Jenkins.  On January 9, 1947, she married Carlyle Carr.

Survivors include her son, Ron (Donna) Carr of Franklin; daughters, Sandy (Mark) Johnson of Kamas, UT and Kim DeStefanis of Columbus; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carlyle Carr; and four sisters, Geneva Larick, Grace Karns, Medreth Scheer and Cleo Riley.

Madeline moved to Dayton, then back to Tiffin in 1996 to be close to her sisters.  She enjoyed trips to the casino, traveling, vacationing, taking care of her house, spending time with her best friend and neighbor, Richard Joseph and loved her family, sisters and her flowers.

There will be no Service at this time.
