Madlyn G. Judd, 93, formerly of Lincoln Rd., Tiffin, died, Saturday morning, August 2, 2008, at St. Francis Home in Tiffin.

On April 8, 1915, she was born in Tiffin to Rush and Gertrude (King) Conrad. She married Donald G. Judd on December 31, 1936.

Survivors include a son, Don (Becky) Judd, two daughters, Christy (Bill) Schriner, Marilyn (Jim) Deats, all of Tiffin, 8 grandchildren, Debbie Hammell, Deeann Burks, Jennifer Cooper, Lisa Melvin, Bryan, Brad, Ashley and Shawn Deats, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband of over 68 years, on April 22, 2004, and a brother, Kenneth Conrad.

Madlyn was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a 1933 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School. She enjoyed many summers at Lake Erie, her dogs, bird watching and spending time together with family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 9:30 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 15 minutes prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday, August 4, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH, 44883, 419-447-2424. A Christian wake service will be 7:45 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Francis Home of Tiffin, Community Hospice Care, or Seneca County Humane Society.
