Margaret A. Moore, 90, of Findlay and formerly of Tiffin, passed away Sunday morning, April 1, 2012 at Fox Run Manor in Findlay.

On January 26, 1922 in Tiffin, she was born to Edmond J. and Beatrice L. (Singer) Wagner. She married James R. Baker on November 22, 1945 and he preceded her in death. She later married Lieutenant Colonel Gerald R. Moore and he also preceded her in death.

Survivors include a daughter, Connie (Tom) Mizen of Tiffin; brother Richard Wagner of Summerfield, FL; four grandchildren, James (Rebecca) Moffett, Jeffrey (Andrea) Moffett, Peggy Dillon, Jane (Thomas) Cooper and eight great grandchildren, Zach and Ellie Moffett, Evan and Leah Moffett, Lidya and Kaden Dillon, Megen Snyder, and Madison Cooper.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, a daughter, Nancy Snyder in 2004 and a sister, Helen "Amy" Wagner in 1997.

Margaret was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church while in Tiffin and a graduate of Calvert High School. She worked as head operator for Ohio Bell for many years and National Machinery for several years. She moved to the Clearwater, FL area in 1971 and later returned to Tiffin in 2001. Margaret was an avid Bridge Player and while in Florida, she belonged to many card clubs, earned her Master Gold Points in Bridge and competed and traveled to many tournaments. She taught duplicate and triplicate Bridge to many.

A Memorial Mass will be Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 11:00 AM at St, Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Walters officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery next to her parents and sister.

Friends may visit on Wednesday at the church from 9:45-10:45 AM with the Rosary beginning at 10:45 AM.

Memorial contributions may be made to a local organization or to a local school.
