Margaret E. Riddle, 96, of Tiffin, passed away Monday morning, May 2, 2011 at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center.

On March 6, 1915 in Tiffin, she was born to Oscar and Carolyn (Sprau) Hahn. She married Arthur G. Riddle on December 4, 1948.

Survivors include a son, Scott (Joanne) Riddle of Tiffin; a daughter, Becky (Ken) Lewis of Gilbert, AZ; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Arthur on May 18, 1991, brothers, Harold and Morris Hahn, and a sister, Vanetta Schlosser.

Margaret was a member of Trinity united Church of Christ, X-Y's Club, and was a co-owner of Schwable Hardware with her husband and others.

A funeral service will be Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Dr. Louis Dorsch officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, May 5, 2011 from 1-2 pm at the funeral home prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be given to Trinity United Church of Christ or Shriner's Hospital for Children.
