Marjorie A. Ekleberry, 88, of Tiffin, passed away on Monday morning, February 20, 2017 at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center.

She was born on November 29, 1928, in Tiffin, Ohio to Alfred and Elizabeth (Wahrer) Altman. On February 8, 1947, she married Edward C. Ekleberry and he preceded her in death on August 13, 2009.

Survivors include her sister, Sandy (Larry) Kuntz of Bloomville; and many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Geraldine Cochran and Joan McCann.

Marjorie graduated in 1946 from Bloomville High School, was a homemaker and a Girl Scout leader. She enjoyed cooking, baking cakes, bird and squirrel watching, crocheting and loved spending time with her husband.

There will be no visitation and her graveside service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Bloomville with Rev. Douglas DeVos officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to First Christian Church Disciples of Christ.
