Mark A. Fowler, 59, of Tiffin, passed away Saturday afternoon, February 15, 2014 at St. Francis Home in Tiffin.


He was born on June 17, 1954, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Charles "Chick" and Dorothy J. (Gilliland) Fowler.


Survivors include sister, Pam (Dennis) Kelbley and their children Missie and Jessi Kelbley all of Fostoria; and many cousins.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Chick and Dorothy in 2010.


Mark was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, worked at Riley's Car Wash and at Seneca Re-Ads Workshop, Seneca County Opportunity Center for many years. He moved to St. Francis in 1991 where he made many friends. Mark loved watching T.V., music, playing cards and his guitar.


His funeral service will be at St. Francis Home Chapel at 12:30 P.M. on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 with Rev. Frank Murd officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmont Cemetery.


Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 A.M. until time of service on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at St. Francis Home Chapel.
