Mark S. Turner, 66, of Tiffin, passed away Tuesday morning, March 24, 2026 at his home.

He was born on March 25, 1959, in Tiffin, Ohio, to George “Sonny” and Patricia “Patty” (Weber) Turner. On December 01, 1978, he married Roxanne Mattson.

Survivors include his mother, Patricia “Patty” Turner of Fremont; wife, Roxanne Turner of Tiffin; daughters, Angie (Joe) Bell and Casey (Joey) Bowman, both of Tiffin; brother, George “Joe” Turner of Fremont; five grandchildren, Austin (Maddy) Bell, Clay Bowman, Jayce Bowman, Jodin Bell and Taylin Bell; and two great grandchildren, Cole Bowman and A.J. Bell.

He was preceded in death by his father, George “Sonny” Turner.

Mark graduated in 1977 from Hopewell-Loudon High School. During high school he loved playing sports and continued to play baseball after he graduated. He worked for many years at M & B Asphalt and enjoyed hunting, time at the shop and was a collector of everything. Mark loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren were his whole world.

There will not be any services at this time.
