Marlene L. Reino, 65, of Tiffin, passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at the University of Michigan Hospital, Ann Arbor, MI.
She was born on March 24, 1956, in Tiffin, Ohio to Anthony "Tony" and Helen Baker" SanGregory. On May 26, 1973, she married John C. Reino.
Survivors include her husband, John C. Reino of Tiffin; sons, Frank (Matthew Springer) Reino of Miller Beach, IN, John "Johnny" (Cassandra Gooding) Reino of Tiffin and Joey Reino of Bordentown, NJ; daughter, Michelle Reino of Tiffin; sisters, Beverly (Roger) Brubaker of Sulfur Springs, GA, Barb (Bob) Gooding of Tiffin, Joanne (Jim) Seery of Port Clinton, Debbie (Tony) Panuto of Tiffin and Jenny (Rick) Ricard of Greenville, NC; and brother, Bob (Mary Jo) SanGregory.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Marlene retired from Webster Industries in 2018 after 17 years. She co-owned Reino's Pizza and Pasta with her husband, John. With a bright smile and a gift as a party planner, Marlene would take something good and make it great. She loved being a part of downtown Tiffin. She was a lifelong Democrat, volunteering for both Obama campaigns and was a past member of the AmVets Post 48 and Elks Lodge 94. Always very active, Marlene enjoyed, dancing, shopping, golfing, traveling around the United States and to Italy, casino trips, making bread at Reino's, visiting wine country in California, spending time with her friends and she had an unconditional love for her family.
Her Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Matthew Rader officiating. A Rosary will begin 30 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will be at a later date in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family from 4-8:00 P.M. on Monday, July 26, 2021 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424.
Memorial contributions may be made to Tiffin-Seneca United Way or to Sisters in Shelter.
