Mary Alice Fox, 88, of Tiffin, passed away on Friday morning, February 24, 2017 at St. Francis Home.

She was born on February 13, 1929, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Herman and Marcella (Dell) Kinninger. On June 16, 1951 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, she married John P. "Jack" Fox and he preceded her in death in 1964.

Survivors include two sons, Joseph A. (Sandra) Fox of Holland and Gregory P. Fox of Tiffin; five daughters, Deborah A. (Allen) Fuller and Laura J. (Ronald) Haines, both of Tiffin, Diane M. Hartman of Galloway, Beverly L. Fox of Cuyahoga Falls and Jacqueline A. (Gregory) Hall of Leo, IN; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Richard F. and Thomas F. Kinninger; sister, Florence A. Kruszynski and infant sister, Rosemary Kinninger; and daughter-in-law, Camilla Fox.

Mary Alice graduated in 1947 from St. Casimir Academy for Girls High School. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she sang in the women's and mixed choir. She volunteered at St. Francis Home, Mercy Hospital of Tiffin and the Ritz Theatre and also was a member of the Josephine's and the Red Hat Society. Mary Alice enjoyed crafts, oil painting, crocheting and was a Cub Scout and Girl Scout leader.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, February 27, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
