Mary Jane Frisch, age 82, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2025, in Tiffin, Ohio. Born on June 7, 1943, in Tiffin, she spent most of her life in the area before residing in Shaker Heights in her later years.

Mary Jane was a member of St. Dominic's Catholic Church in Shaker Heights and dedicated much of her life to service—both professionally and personally. She worked in the cafeteria for the Mohawk School District, where her warmth and kindness touched generations of students. She also served as a 4-H club leader for many years, sharing her time and talents with young people in the community.

She married Leonard "Jules" Frisch on October 5, 1963, and together they raised two sons: Richard (Mihaela) Frisch of Thailand and Ronald (Eileen) Frisch of Tiffin. Mary Jane is survived by her sisters, Charlene Ditslear, Nancy Boes, Joyce Wrasman, and Janet Doughtery.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Paul Raitz Jr. and John Raitz; her sister, Kathleen Perzynski; and her parents, Paul Raitz Sr. and Mary Evelyn Raitz.

A memorial service will be held at St. Dominic's Catholic Church in Shaker Heights at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Mary Jane will be laid to rest at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Tiffin, Ohio at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Dominic's Catholic Church in honor of Mary Jane's life and faith.
