Matthew R. Smith, 14, of Tiffin, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022.

He was born on July 23, 2008, to David Fisher and Megan Smith.

Survivors include his parents; David Fisher & Megan Smith; brothers, Zackery Fisher and Nicholas Fisher; sister, Aaliyah Kleinhenz and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Matthew was a freshman at Tiffin Tornado Academy.  He was very adventurous, loved climbing trees, riding his four-wheeler, go carting, swimming, bike riding, being outdoors and on-line gaming.  Matthew enjoyed hanging out with his friends at "The Hub" and with his close friends in the neighborhood and loved his cats, Henry and Princess.

His funeral service will be at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Rev. Audra Ferguson officiating.

Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
