Michael P. Mack, 66, of Tiffin, passed away Friday morning, August 5, 2016 in Bridge Hospice at Blanchard Valley Hospital.

He was born on May 17, 1950, in Tiffin, Ohio, to John R. and Mary Ellen (Wertz) Mack. On April 25, 1980, he married Lucinda A. Renninger and they later divorced.

Survivors include two sons, James P. (Molly) Mack of Tiffin and Lucas J. (Amber) Mack of Raleigh, NC; stepson, John (Carrie) Kramer of Tiffin; granddaughters, Alison and Kaylee Kramer; sister, Holly Neuman of Indiana; brothers, Tim (Laura) Mack of Manchester Center, VT; Shawn (Leanne) Mack of Palm Coast, FL; and Dan Mack of Columbus.

His father, John in 1969 and his mother, Mary Ellen "Mickey" Krupp in 2011, preceded him in death.

Michael graduated in 1968 from Streetsboro High School, attended Kent State University, and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 402. He was a well-known truck driver for 51 years, driving for area companies and as an independent, supporting the Teamsters and Fraternal Association of Steel Haulers. Michael enjoyed watching NASCAR, traveling, riding his motorcycles and bicycles, drinking scotch and Rolling Rock Beer, having a cigar, and he loved chocolate chip cookies.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 10:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Walters officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery.

Friends may visit and share stories on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 from 4-8 pm at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory.
