Myron A. "Andy" "Metal" Hays, 56, of Tiffin, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 after a two year battle with lung cancer.

He was born on November 18, 1967, in Warren, Ohio, to Myron Roger and Helen Gottwald (Gibson) Hays.

He is survived by his brothers, Roger (Michelle) Hays and Russell (Pam) Hays, both of Tiffin; sisters, Roxanne (David) Fitch of Tiffin, Lorie (Harold) Frost of Sycamore and Jamie (Jeff Moss) Gibson of Tiffin; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Dominic J. Hays.

Andy was a 1986 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School, worked at Ken Myers Construction for years, Klepper's, Hayes-Albion and laid carpet on the side for many years.  He was a member of AA, was a Minnesota Vikings Fan, enjoyed cutting wood, golfing and loved his dog, Tucker.

There will not be any Services.
