Orland R. Schreiner, 80, of Tiffin, passed away on Saturday morning, November 7, 2015 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.

He was born on October 21, 1935, in New Riegel, Ohio, to Earl W. and Agnes (Gillig) Schreiner. On September 27, 1958, in St. Mary Catholic Church, he married Ruth E. Depinet.

Survivors include his three children, David J. (Elizabeth Carey) Schreiner of Hampstead, MD, Gerald A. (Marcia) Schreiner of Bettsville and John A. (Martha) Schreiner of Tiffin; two brothers, Arthur (Mary) Schreiner of New Reigel, Leonard (Jane) Schreiner of Fostoria; two sisters, Shirley Hammer of Burgoon and Rosemary (Harlan) Arbgast of Tiffin; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ruth in 1996; and daughter Janet A. Haferd in 2013.

Orland started working in 1966 at National Machinery and retired after 32 years. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, National Machinery Quarter Century Club, New Riegel Moose #872 and the Tiffin Eagles #402. Orland enjoyed yard work, gardening, traveling, camping, RVing, and hunting.

His Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Frank Murd officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass.
Burial will follow in Seneca Memory Garden.

Friends may visit with the family from 3-5:00 P.M. and 7-9:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424.
