Otto E. Gase, 95, of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo.

He was born on April 24, 1925, in Seneca County, to Leon M. and Frana (Reinhart) Gase. He first married Emma Clouse and she preceded him in death in 1994, after 50 years of marriage. On May 24, 2003, he married Audrey L. (Creeger) Omlor.

Survivors include his wife, Audrey Gase of Tiffin; sons, Jerry (Sally) Gase of St. Johns, FL, Art (Nancy) Gase of St. Augustine, FL, Paul (Joyce) Gase of Tiffin and Bill (Becky) Gase of Wauseon; daughter, Diana (Michael) Depinet of Lebanon, IN; 17 grandchildren; and 29 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Armond Gase; and sister, Susan Weber.

Otto worked at National Machinery for 32 years and belonged to the Quarter Century Club. He was a 50 years plus member of the Knights of Columbus #608 and he was a 4th Degree Knight. He was also a member of Allen Eiry, where he met his wife, Audrey, and enjoyed traveling the world, playing pool and cards.

His Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 9:00 A.M. until the time of Mass on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 36 Melmore St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or Tiffin Calvert Catholic Schools.
