Patricia L. Theis, 66, of Tiffin, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Parkview Care Center, Fremont.

She was born on October 1, 1953, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Gerald William and Carolyn Sue (Meier) Barlekamp.

Survivors include her sons, Brent (Autumn) Mills and Jim Mills, both of Tiffin; brother, Dennis Barlekamp; and four grandchildren, Lucas M. Mills, Alexander Knox, Jazalynn Mills and Korbin Mills.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Patricia graduated from Tiffin Calvert High School in 1973, was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was a dietician.

There will be no services at this time.  Burial will be at a later date in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
