Patricia A. Frontz, 86, of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday, July 06, 2025, at Mercy Health-Tiffin Hospital.

She was born on October 24, 1938, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Charles E. "Pete" and Eva (Lenz) Frontz.

Survivors include her sons, Kevin (Shari) Frontz of South Carolina and Terry (Monica) Frontz of Tiffin; sister-in-law, Lyn Frontz of Tiffin; four grandchildren, Laura (T.J.) Morrow, T.J. (Chris) Frontz, Sydney (Spencer) Griffin and Quinn (Gracie) Frontz; and three great grandchildren, Grayson, Anthony and Christian.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Charles Frontz, Jr.

Pat was a 1956 graduate of Columbian High School and spent her career working in insurance.  She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, was a Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Indians fan, enjoyed listening to country music, visiting with friends and loved her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her Graveside Service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, July 11, 2025, at Fairmont Cemetery.
