Paul L. Baker, 79, of Tiffin, died Sunday afternoon, February 17, 2008 at Memorial Hospital in Fremont.
On April 7, 1928 in Tiffin, he was born to Ralph and Mabel (Bonnell) Baker. He married Shirley Bowersox March 28, 1953.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, sons, Chris (Debbi) Baker of Green Springs; Jeff (Sally) Baker of Tiffin; daughter, Pam (Jon) Everett of Gahanna, sister, Greta Free of Green Springs; and 6 grandchildren, Todd and Toni Baker, Abby and Nicole Baker, Kyle and Kelsey Baker and his dog, Lady.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Ralph Baker Jr. and Wilber Baker.
Paul was a Dairy Farmer and a Clinton Twp. Volunteer Fireman for many years. He enjoyed playing cards, Draft Horses and attending horse pulls around the area.
A Funeral Service will be Friday, February 22, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Brodbeck officiating. Burial will be in Egbert's Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, February 21, 2008 from 4-8 PM and on Friday from 10-11 AM.
