Paul D. Smith, 65 of Tiffin, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 at his home.

He was born in Fostoria, Ohio to Jason and Betty Smith.  He married Fay Thompson and they later divorced.

Survivors include his sons, Ethan Smith, Josh Smith and Jacob Smith; daughters, Ashley Sines, Amber Signs, Cheyenne Smith and Becky Speck; sisters, Mary Bryant, Sarah Sweet, Susan Wimmer, Sylvia Smith, Cheryl Smith, Candy Smith, Kim Weaver and Lynn Distel; and several grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Paul F. Smith.

Graveside services will be Friday, September 24, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Fairmont Cemetery.
