Pauline B. Miller, 97, formerly of Walker Street, passed away Saturday morning, March 17, 2012 at Elmwood at the Shawhan Assisted Living in Tiffin.
She was born May 20, 1914 in Tiffin to Henry and Nellie (Feldman) Geiger. She married Clyde W. Miller on November 3, 1945. He preceded her in death on February 5, 1990.
Survivors include cousins, Marie Koehl of Tiffin; Freda Perry of Bloomville; sisters in law, Rosemary Geiger of Chehalis, WA; Doris Geiger of Bowling Green, OH; and many nieces and nephews.
Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, husband Clyde, a son, Robert Miller and brothers, Carl and Victor Geiger.
She was a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and Tiffin Business College and was a bookkeeper for L.T. Larson Dairy and later Larson Trucking for many years. Pauline was loved nature and was avid in nature preservation. She enjoyed camping, traveling the world, flowers, wildlife, and was a great gardener.
Her funeral service will be Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Dr. Louis Dorsch officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Bloomville.
Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday from 10-11 AM at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to a local park through the Seneca County Park District or Elmwood at the Shawhan.
