Philip J. "Phil" "Butch" Reinhart, 67, of Tiffin, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at his home.
He was born on August 28, 1957, in Tiffin, Ohio to Raymond R. and Patricia L. (Clouse) Reinhart. On July 26, 1980, he married Brenda Cleveland.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Reinhart of Tiffin; son, Kevin Reinhart of Tiffin; daughters, Holle Reinhart, Callie (James) Sherman and Lindsay (Matthew Goodman) Reinhart, all of Tiffin; sister, Sheila (David) Comer of Tiffin; brother-in-law, Terry Schirack of Tiffin; seven grandchildren, Tyrin, Abbie, Alec, Malaynah, Harper, Raegan and Karter; great grandchild, Saylor and one on the way, Hensley; many nieces and nephews; and many bonus grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Kathleen Perez and Penny Schirack; and brother-in-law, Roy Perez.
Phil was a 1976 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School. He worked at TMD, retiring in 2024. He was a Cleveland Browns, and Toledo Walleye fan. He enjoyed Rock 'N Roll music, model cars, going to Sprint Car races in Fremont and Attica, and loved watching the "left turns" on Nascar.
His Funeral Service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Chaplain Ben Sandrock officiating. Burial will follow in Seneca Memory Gardens.
Friends may visit with the family from 4-7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Seneca County Humane Society.
