Phyllis J. Breighner, 88, of Tiffin, passed away on Tuesday, May 06, 2025 at her home.

She was born on January 23, 1937, in Republic, Ohio, to Virgil and Janice (Fackler) Cochenour. She married Paul F. Breighner and he preceded her in death in 1994.

Survivors include her sons, Paul Breighner and Greg Breighner, both of Tiffin; daughters, Cynthia Klein of Willard and Sandy Breighner and Jacqueline (Jimmy) Gesoules, both of Tiffin; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Cheryl Ann Breighner; and brother, Lloyd (Alice) Cochenour.

Phyllis was a graduate of Republic High School and worked at General Electric.  She enjoyed playing Bingo, working in her yard and planting flowers.

A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
