Phyllis R. Lee, 85, of Tiffin, passed away Friday evening, January 13, 2012 at her home.

On December 28, 1926 in Seneca County, she was born to Edward and Marie (Wagner) Thom. She married Raymond Lee on May 13, 1950.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Raymond; sons, Terry (Paula Birch) Lee and Tom (Deb Stoll) Lee both of Tiffin; sister, Bernice Sperow of Tiffin; 3 grandsons, Chris (Briana) Lee, Steven (Michelle) Lee, Michael Lee and a great grandson, Nolan Lee.

She was preceded in death by her parents, infant twin sons, brothers, Carl and Morris Thom and a sister, Ann Louise Whitman.

Phyllis was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, worked at Tiffin Glass Co., and retired from General electric after 30 years. She collected Tiffin Glass, enjoyed camping, loved spending time with her grandchildren and attending their sporting events.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Michael Roemmele officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday, January 16, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the funeral home. A Christian Wake will begin at 1:45 PM.
